Peacefully on December 18, 2025, Kenneth George Lawrie passed away at Deer Lodge Centre after a long battle with cancer.
Ken is survived by his loving wife of almost 53 years Heather; his cherished children, son Kenny and daughter Dawn; his sister Debbie (Paul); brother-in-law Gerry and sister-in-law Susie. He was predeceased by his father George, mother Gladys, his brother David and sister Cathy.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Deer Lodge Centre or CancerCare Manitoba.

So sorry to hear of Ken’s passing, Heather. It brought back a flood of memories when we lived in Winnipeg on Lewis then on Grosvenor. Gwenda keeps us up to date when she plans the 59’s gatherings.
